We take all abuse reports seriously. If you come across any content, behavior, or usage that violates our Terms of Service, please report it immediately. Once submitted, our compliance team will review and take appropriate action as needed.
Please note: We will contact you only if additional details are needed or we have important updates to share. Some reports may be closed without a reply if no violation is found.
Types of Abuse We Act On
1. Spam, Malware & Phishing
You may not use Workway to: Send unsolicited mass emails or messages, Distribute spam, junk mail, or chain letters Engage in phishing (e.g., fake messages asking for login or card info)
2. Hate, Violence, and Illegal Activities
Content that promotes or incites: Hatred, racism, or discrimination, Physical violence or illegal acts, Harassment, threats, defamation, stalking, or invasion of privacy …is strictly prohibited.
3. Sexually Explicit Content
Workway does not permit the transmission or publication of: Adult, pornographic, or sexually explicit material Content that is offensive or inappropriate for general audiences
4. Child Exploitation
We have zero tolerance for any content involving the exploitation or abuse of minors.
Offenders will have their accounts terminated immediately, We will report such content to the appropriate law enforcement authorities
5. Personal & Confidential Information
Publishing private or sensitive details without consent is not allowed. This includes (but is not limited to): Full names, addresses, or phone numbers, Bank or credit card details
National IDs, government documents, or login credentials
6. Copyright Infringement
Using copyrighted material without permission from the rightful owner is a violation. If your intellectual property has been used without consent, you can file an IPR complaint with our legal team.
7. Other Violations
If you notice any abuse that doesn’t fit the above categories but still appears harmful or against our policy, you can still report it. Please describe the issue clearly so we can investigate and take the necessary action
