Workway.pro | A Complete Ecosystem

Last updated on: 24th December 2024.

This policy applies to all Workway services that may be used for transmitting bulk emails or commercial messages (“Covered Services”).

By using Workway’s Covered Services, you agree to comply with this Anti-Spam Policy as a precondition to use. Covered Services may only be used for sending messages to individuals who have given express permission to receive emails or messages from you about the subject matter involved. We take violations of this policy very seriously. If it is discovered that you are sending unsolicited emails without proper permission, Workway reserves the right to terminate your account immediately.

What We Mean by “Permission”

“Permission” refers to express, provable consent granted by the recipient to receive communications from you.

Examples of valid permission include:

Submission of an email address while downloading content or purchasing a product/service from your website.

Subscription to your newsletter via an opt-in form on your website.

Participation in a contest, event, or survey where the individual was informed they would receive marketing communications.

Checking an opt-in checkbox (unchecked by default) while completing a form, with clear disclosure about receiving commercial messages.

Receiving a business card where the individual has expressed willingness to receive promotional emails (e.g., dropping a business card at a tradeshow booth).

Key Rules You Must Follow

Explicit Permission:
You must maintain sufficient evidence that you have received permission from all email recipients.

No Purchased or Rented Lists:
You may not use email lists purchased, rented, loaned, or otherwise acquired from third parties.

Accurate Information:
Your “From” and “To” addresses, originating domain, and subject lines must be true, clear, and not misleading.

Unsubscribe Mechanism:
All marketing emails must include a one-click unsubscribe option. Opt-out requests must be honored within 10 days. No further emails should be sent to those who unsubscribe.

Physical Address Requirement:
Your valid physical postal address must be included in every email.

Clear Marketing Identification:
Marketing emails must clearly identify themselves as advertisements or solicitations and provide an opt-out method.

Compliance Audits:
Workway may request proof at any time showing that you have obtained express permission for all recipients in your Covered Services.

Important Clarifications

A permission once granted is revoked if the recipient unsubscribes. If a user reports your email as spam — even if you had prior permission — you must respect their opt-out choice immediately.
