How to File an IPR Complaint
Please include the following information in your complaint:
An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other intellectual property right.
A description of the copyrighted work or intellectual property you claim has been infringed.
Identification of the material you claim is infringing, including its location (preferably the URL or specific link).
Your contact information, such as address, phone number, and email address.
A statement of good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright or IP owner, their agent, or the law.
A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright or intellectual property owner.

How to File a Counter-Notice
Include the following information:
Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, along with its prior location (preferably the URL).
A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal or disabling was a mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of a Federal District Court for your location, or if outside the United States, the Federal District Court where Workway is located, and that you agree to accept service of process from the party who submitted the original complaint.
