Your Service Data remains as long as your account is active. After you close your account: Data is deleted from live databases within 6 months
Backups are purged within 3 months thereafter If you are a data subject (e.g., employee or customer of a Workway user) and want to act on your data, please contact the Workway user who controls your data. We will assist them in responding to your request.

3. Third-Party Integrations (You Enable)

If you integrate Workway with: External CRMs, Email Tools, File Storage, Analytics, etc.

4. Sub-Processors (Technical & Support)

To deliver a seamless experience, Workway may share limited Service Data with:

Retention of Service Data

Your Service Data remains in your account as long as your Workway subscription is active After account termination: Data is deleted from active servers within 6 months
Backups are purged within 3 months after that
