Retention of Service Data
Your Service Data remains as long as your account is active. After you close your account: Data is deleted from live databases within 6 months
Backups are purged within 3 months thereafter If you are a data subject (e.g., employee or customer of a Workway user) and want to act on your data, please contact the Workway user who controls your data. We will assist them in responding to your request.

2. Collaborators You Invite
Many Workway modules allow real-time collaboration. If you share content (e.g. projects, documents), your: Name, Profile picture, Edit history, may be visible to other collaborators. You always retain control over who has access.
3. Third-Party Integrations (You Enable)
If you integrate Workway with: External CRMs, Email Tools, File Storage, Analytics, etc.
then those services may gain access to your Service Data. We encourage you to review the privacy practices of any third-party app before enabling it.
4. Sub-Processors (Technical & Support)
To deliver a seamless experience, Workway may share limited Service Data with:
Trusted technical sub-processors, Cloud infrastructure providers, Regional customer support teams, All third parties must meet Workway’s security and privacy standards and are bound by strict contracts.
Retention of Service Data
Your Service Data remains in your account as long as your Workway subscription is active After account termination: Data is deleted from active servers within 6 months
Backups are purged within 3 months after that
Data Subject Requests (If You Are Not Our Direct User)
If you’re a data subject (e.g., employee or client of a Workway customer), and you wish to: Access, rectify, delete, export or restrict your data Or object to processing

Workway’s products and services are not directed to individuals under 16 years of age.
