At Workway, we believe in transparency, customer satisfaction, and fair policies. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are granted and how subscription cancellations are handled.

Subscription Plans

Workway operates on a subscription-based model. Users can choose monthly, quarterly, or annual plans. All plans renew automatically unless cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Workway subscription at any time by: Logging into your account,
Navigating to Billing > Subscription Settings, Selecting “Cancel Subscription”

Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing cycle. No further charges will be made after that.

Important

Cancellations do not result in automatic refunds. Once a billing cycle begins, it will not be prorated.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds in the following situations only:

Duplicate Payments

If you are charged twice for the same subscription, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate transaction.

Technical Failures

If our system fails to deliver core functionality for more than 3 consecutive business days due to system errors attributable to Workway, you may request a prorated refund.

First-Time Users (7-Day Refund)

If you’re not satisfied with Workway and you’re a first-time subscriber, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked.

Non-Refundable Situations

Change of mind after 7-day trial/refund window, Non-usage of the platform, Claims made after subscription expiration, Add-on purchases or setup/customization fees

Refund Processing Time

Refunds (if approved) are processed within 7–10 business days. The amount will be
credited back to your original payment method.
